RADAR Technologies, reliable and cost effective solutions for the monitoring of deformations

In the last decades RADAR technologies demonstrated their great potential in the field of geotechnical and structural monitoring.

In particular, in the recent years, the availability of new satellites able to provide high resolution data increased the number of successful applications of satellite SAR interferometry for Natural Risks and Infrastructures monitoring.

Terrestrial radars provide a unique solution for real time monitoring of deformation as well as for the quick dynamic and static characterization of structures.
