Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can independently manage projects for remote monitoring and technical consulting services both nationally and internationally, coordinate teams, and manage customer relationships. The role of the Project Manager, in NHAZCA, is highly stimulating and driven by the profound spirit of innovation, originality and customization of the solutions proposed, allowing the maximum expression of one’s resourcefulness, brilliance and dynamism, in a youthful and sparkling context.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in remote monitoring applied to geosciences and natural hazards and/or structural diagnostics in civil engineering projects;
  • Basic knowledge of management methods and controlling project budgets;
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, teamworking, and problem solving skills;
  • English language knowledge.

Responsibility

  • Manage customer relationships, acknowledging their needs and defining the service requirements to be performed;
  • Plan project activities, setting goals, deadlines, and taking necessary actions to mitigate risks;
  • Coordinate work teams, managing the assignment of tasks and priorities;
  • Manage and monitor project budgets;
  • Reporting the technical and economic progress of projects to the Management;
  • Prepare technical-economic offers and technical documentation for competitive bidding;
  • To present work results to clients or work partners.

Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Senior Business Developer Manager who with passion and creativity will represent in the best possible way the image and values of our company, contributing to the growth of our business both nationally and internationally. The role of our Senior Business Developer Manager within the company would be that of a true strategist. His work will be based on identifying new target markets for our high-tech services. Through his or her keen ability to evaluate business models and in-depth knowledge of market dynamics, he or she will have to constantly ensure that current, and potential new customers are fully satisfied.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Experience in the role obtained in commercial sector of companies operating in the segment of geomatics, ICT, geotechnical and structural monitoring services, Earth Observation;
  • English language knowledge;
  • Expertise in marketing and strategic analysis and strong negotiating attitude;
  • Experience in analyzing market trends, building targeted relationships, and using proven methods to develop our business strategy.

Responsibility

  • Identify potential customers, contact them, and create new business opportunities (both in different geographic areas and in different market segments);
  • Work with the group to develop proposals that meet the needs and goals of clients;
  • Participate in price and service generation by interfacing with our reference BTUs;
  • Submit periodic reports and analyses regarding the target market.

Remote Sensing Data Analyst

We are looking for a strategic resource who will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data extracted by our professionals through innovative and highly advanced remote sensing techniques from satellite and terrestrial platforms. He/she, will have a primary role within our close-knit group. In fact, based on his/her work, we will be able to continue to offer our customers around the world service with highest accuracy possible, because security for us is also a matter of millimeters, and prevention is in the smallest details! He/she will work closely with our Btu Managers and Data Scientists in solving problems and bringing solutions through information analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, Computer Science or related field;
  • Experience in remote sensing work and data analysis;
  • Have familiarity with GIS software, such as ArcGIS or QGIS;
  • Skill in data manipulation, including data cleaning and data standardization;
  • Experience in creating data visualizations and geospatial maps;
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills;
  • English language knowledge.

Responsibility

  • Collect and analyze remote sensing data, including data from airborne and satellite sensors;
  • Process and manipulate data using GIS software and other data analytical tools;
  • Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns in remote sensing data;
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide analytical support in specific projects;

  • Collection and processing of technical requirements by holding meetings with the internal staff, customers and stakeholders;
  • Definition of resources needed;
  • Preparation of software development plans and project management plans;
  • API development.
