BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing the business of NHAZCA services and supporting company growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop new leads, develop business relationships and close contracts in the relevant sectors;
  • Develop new customers and maintain existing customers;
  • Develop new business opportunities and carry out prospecting activities aimed at expanding the customer portfolio;
  • Interpreting the needs and preferences Plan the most appropriate sales actions concerning the characteristics and needs of individual customers and the priorities defined to expand the portfolio and/or retain existing customers;
  • Periodically check the performance of the commercial activity, identify and implement the most appropriate corrective actions aimed at achieving the assigned objectives;
  • Carry out forecasting and reporting activities;
  • Contributing ideas to improve the company’s overall service to customers.

The successful candidate must have:

  • Proven sales experience in the Geospatial and/or InSAR technology and remote sensing sector;
  • Significant experience in the role gained in the commercial sector of companies operating in the geomatics segment or ICT or services;
  • Post-secondary education in Geology, Geomatics, Civil, Geotech, Engineering, or other related disciplines;
  • Knowledge of remote sensing;
  • Knowledge of a foreign language;
  • Proven sales skills and sales mentality;
  • Team player and quick to learn;
  • Excellent communications skills;
  • Ability to positively interact with clients, understand their needs and solve their problems quickly and effectively.

SALES MANAGER

The ideal profile has the following requirements:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in sales.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and relational attitudes.
  • Knowledge of the geosciences and civil engineering market.
  • Fluency in English.

PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for a Project Managers able to manage Remote Sensing service and consultancy projects and coordinating small teams.

The successful candidate must have:

  • 3 or more years of experience in Remote Sensing for geological and civil engineering applications;
  • Experience in coordinating small teams and planning, managing and monitoring projects;
  • Excellent relationship, teamworking, multitasking and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of English language.

Will be also evaluated:

  • Skills in the field of Geographic Information Systems (especially in QGIS environment) and in the analysis of geospatial data;
  • Experience in InSAR data analysis and interpretation;
  • Skills in geotechnical-structural monitoring.

JUNIOR DATA ANALYST

The candidate will deal with data processing, integration, and interpretation activities in the context of the analysis and monitoring of natural risks and infrastructures, using remote sensing technologies.

The successful candidate must have:

  • Degree in technical disciplines (eg. Geology, Civil / Environmental / Telecommunications Engineering, Natural Sciences, Physics, Mathematics);
  • Good skills in remote sensing of structural diagnostics in civil engineering projects;
  • Good skills in the field of Geographic Information Systems (especially in the QGIS environment) and in the analysis of geospatial data;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Ability to work in a team, time management and meeting deadlines, problem solving, proactivity.

DATA SCIENTIST/SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

We are looking for a Data Scientist with good programming skills to support innovative research and development projects involving remote sensing applications.

The successful candidate must have:

  • Experience with object oriented programming;
  • 2+ years of experience as a developer or data scientist;
  • Good knowledge of signal processing and statistics;
  • Strong knowledge of Python 3.x;
  • Good knowledge of the Qt framework;
  • Good knowledge in MatLab and MatLab App Designer;
  • Proficiency with Git;
  • Strong knowledge of Linux OS;
  • Knowledge of software implementation best practices;
  • Ability in data analysis and development of Machine Learning approaches;
  • Attitude in developing new solutions/algorithms and identifying the more appropriate production format;
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).

Will be also evaluated:

  • Any opensource project in any language (share your Github account with us);
  • Experience in InSAR (Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar) processing;
  • Experience in image processing with openCV or other opensource libraries;
  • Knowledge of any other programming language other than Python and Matlab;
  • Experience with Relational Databases and Big Data technologies;
  • Experience with API design and REST principles.

SAR DATA PROCESSING EXPERT

We are seeking for a Telecommunication Engineer (or similar scientific disciplines) with expertise on InSAR data processing.

The successful candidate must have:

  • MSc degree in Telecommunication Engineering or similar disciplines;
  • Expertise in SAR signal processing;
  • Expertise in Advanced SAR Interferometry (A-DInSAR) techniques;
  • Good skills in statistics;
  • Basic skills in programming (mainly Matlab and Python);
  • Good knowledge of Linux OS;
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).

Will be also evaluated:

  • PhD;
  • Previous work experience in the technical field of this adv;
  • Expertise in remote sensing applications (specifically on Radar/SAR);
  • Knowledge of any other programming language other than Python and Matlab.
